I’m hiring my first Right-Hand Operator / Part-Time Operations Assistant for Vitality OS™
This is a real infrastructure move as I scale into the US market.
I’m looking for someone who expands my operating range by building containment, clarity, and throughput behind the scenes.
Your job is to protect my momentum.
This is not a generic admin role.
This is a ground-floor operations role inside a premium, high-stakes business. You’ll help build the operational spine that supports sales follow-through, client onboarding, execution flow, and publishing consistency as the business grows.

Role snapshot
Remote (global applicants welcome)
Independent contractor (part-time)
Target start: May–July 2026
(light paid onboarding ramp may begin sooner for the right person)Starting hours: 5–8 hours/week
Growth path: realistic path to 15–20 hours/week and beyond as client base expands
Pay: $50–$65 CAD/hour starting range (based on experience and trial performance)
Rate review at 90 days with path to higher scope/rate growth
Paid trial required (7–10 days)
What you’ll help own
You’ll support the operational backbone of the business across:
sales engine operations and follow-up flow
client onboarding/admin
Trello execution management
weekly dashboard visibility
phase 2 light content operations support (as hours scale)
